Section R. 125.1302 - Certificate of manufactured home ownership; application; fees

Rule 302.

(1) An application for a certificate of manufactured home ownership and the appropriate fee shall be filed on a form prescribed by the department with the department or its authorized representative within 30 days after the closing of the sale transaction. In addition, a late fee of $15.00 shall be charged if the application is filed after the 30-day limit. The payment of a late fee does not preclude administrative action being taken against the purchaser or the purchaser's authorized representative.
