Section R. 408.30762 - Floor drains; public toilet roomsRule 762. Section 413.5 is added to the code to read as follows:
413.5. Floor drains; public toilet rooms. In all public toilet rooms that contain a combination of 3 or more water closets or urinals, at least 1 approved floor drain shall be installed connecting to the sanitary system. However, stall urinals may serve as floor drains if the entire floor can be drained to the urinals.Mich. Admin. Code R. 408.30762
