Section R. 408.30495 - Rodent proofingAppendix F101.1 of the code is amended and F101.1.1 is added to the code to read as follows:
F101.1. General. Buildings or structures and the walls enclosing habitable or occupiable rooms and spaces in which people live, sleep, or work, or in which feed, food, or foodstuff is stored, prepared, processed, served, or sold shall be constructed in accordance with this section. Other buildings are subject to these requirements as provided in section F101.1.1 of the code.F101.1.1. Additional buildings. In a community that has a vermin infestation program for the eradication of vermin enacted by local ordinance, all buildings identified within such an ordinance shall be constructed in accordance with this section.Mich.
