Section R. 408.30428 - [Rescinded effective 4/9/2025] Structural integrity

Rule 428.

Section 1615.1 of the code is amended to read as follows:

1615.1. General. Buildings with an occupied floor 75 feet (22 860 mm) or more in height above the lowest level of fire department vehicle access and assigned to risk category III or IV shall comply with the requirements of this section. Frame structures shall comply with the requirements of section 1615.3.

Bearing wall structures shall comply with the requirements of section 1615.4.
