Section R. 408.30408 - FeesRule 408. Section 109.1 of the code is amended to read as follows:
109.1. Payment of fees. The fees prescribed by the act shall be paid to the enforcing agency of the jurisdiction before a permit to begin work for new construction, alteration, removal, demolition, or other building operation may be issued. In addition, an amendment to a permit necessitating an additional fee shall not be approved until the additional fee has been paid.Mich. Admin. Code R. 408.30408
