Section R. 408.30301 - Construction board of appeals

Rule 301. Each county or each governmental subdivision enforcing the code shall establish a construction board of appeals as prescribed in section 14 of the act. Each governmental subdivision shall notify the commission of the establishment of the board and furnish the names of the members and their qualifications for serving on the board of appeals.
