Section R. 408.30221 - FeesRule 221.
(1) All fees charged by townships, villages, cities, counties and the commission for application for permit, examination of plans, issuance of permits, inspection of construction and issuance of certificates of use and occupancy shall bear a reasonable relationship to all costs, including overhead of services rendered.(2) A construction board of appeals of a county, or of a governmental subdivision, or the commission and its boards shall establish fees for hearing appeals in accordance with section 22 of the act.Mich.
