Section R. 408.31132 - Approvals of building systems and compliance assurance programsRule 1132.
(1) The commission shall approve and issue certificates of acceptability for compliance assurance programs which comply with the requirements of the act and these rules.(2) The commission, or if the commission so designates, the bureau, shall approve building systems and building components which comply with the codes, standards, specifications, and requirements adopted in R 408.31121, and with other requirements of the act and these rules.Mich.
