Section R. 408.31095 - [Rescinded effective 4/22/2025] Board of appeals

Rule 1095. Sections C109.1 and C109.3 of the code are amended to read as follows:

C109.1. Means of appeal.

(1) An interested person may appeal a decision of the enforcing agency to the board of appeals in accordance with the act.

(2) The decision of a local board of appeals may be appealed to the construction code commission in accordance with the act and time frames contained in the act.
