Section R. 408.30101 - Definitions

Rule 101.

(1) "Act" means Act No. 230 of the Public Acts of 1972, as amended, being SS125.1501 to 125.1531 of the Michigan Compiled Laws.

(2) The terms defined in the act have the same meaning when used in these rules.
