(1) Patient and administrative records must be preserved and readily available to assure necessary access by appropriate health care professionals and staff to deliver needed care.(2) Records must be secured to assure confidentiality and protect them from access by unauthorized persons and maintained in accordance with section 20175 of the code, MCL 333.20175.Mich.
