Rule 357. The hospice shall offer a program to provide bereavement services to the family for no less than one year after the death of the patient. The program must be designed to meet the needs of individuals in their adjustment to experiences associated with death, both before and following the patients death. A professional educated or otherwise qualified in providing grief or loss services shall supervise the bereavement program.
