Section R. 400.8149 - Parent permission for transportation

Rule 149.

(1) A center shall obtain a parents written permission annually for routine transportation.

(2) A center shall obtain a parents written permission for any non-routine transportation before each trip.

(3) Permission for all transportation must be kept on file at the center.
