Section R. 418.95 - StipulationsRule 15. In addition to stipulations in the JFPTO:
(1) The parties may agree upon facts, or any portion of facts, by written stipulation or by a statement entered into the record.(2) Stipulations must be used as evidence at the hearing or subsequent proceedings.(3) Stipulations are binding on the parties that have acknowledged acceptance of the stipulations.(4) The parties may stipulate to limit the issues to be decided by the magistrate. The stipulation only applies to that issue and is not considered a waiver of any rights not addressed by the stipulation.Mich. Admin. Code R. 418.95
