Section R. 418.81 - Definitions

Rule 1. As used in these rules:

(a) "Act" means the worker's disability compensation act of 1969, 1969 PA 317, MCL 418.101 to 418.941.

(b) "Board" means the workers' compensation board of magistrates.

(c) "JFPTC" means joint and final pretrial conference.

(d) "JFPTO" means joint and final pretrial order.
