(1) A handicapped worker covered by a wage deviation certificate shall be paid a commensurate wage.(2) A handicapped worker covered by a wage deviation certificate shall not be paid less than 1 1/2 times his or her commensurate wage rate for all work in excess of the maximum hours as required by section 4a of the act.Mich.
