Section R. 333.5031 - Purpose and scope

Rule 31.

(1) This part provides for the registration of radiation machines, including particle accelerators, whether used primarily for x-ray production or other purposes.

(2) In addition to the requirements of this part, all registrants are subject to the applicable provisions of other parts of these rules.
