Section R. 333.5606 - Temporary mammography authorizationRule 606.
(1) The department may issue a nonrenewable temporary mammography authorization. A temporary authorization may only be issued if additional time is needed to allow the submission of evidence that is satisfactory to the department to demonstrate compliance with the provisions of R 333.5605.(2) The department may withdraw a temporary authorization before its expiration if the radiation machine does not meet 1 or more of the criteria specified in R 333.5605.Mich.
