Section R. 333.5001 - Scope

Rule 1.

(1) Except as otherwise specified, these rules apply to a person who acquires, receives, owns, possesses, uses, stores, or transfers a radiation machine.

(2) Terms used in these rules shall have the same meaning as defined in the act.
