Section R. 333.5026 - Hearing procedure

Rule 26.

(1) Before the issuance of an order, the department shall afford an opportunity for a hearing that shall be conducted pursuant to the administrative procedures act of 1969 PA 306, MCL 24.201 to MCL 24.328.
(2) In a contested case, the department shall conduct a hearing as provided in the administrative procedures act of 1969 PA 306, MCL 24.201 to MCL 24.328.
