Section R. 325.2447 - Amendments; revisionsRule 47.
(1) If the director has knowledge that rule revision is required for the prevention of occupational disease or significant physiological disturbance, or after consideration of a request by any person, he may proceed to amend these rules in accordance with the administrative procedures act.(2) If the director believes that there is a significant hazard to the health of exposed persons, he may proceed to amend these rules and provide for the immediate effect of the amendment in accordance with the administrative procedures act.Mich.
