(1) A halogenated fire extinguishing system installed or that portion of the system modified after December 31, 1983, shall be installed, modified, and maintained as prescribed in N.F.P.A. standard #12A-1980. "Halogenated Fire Extinguishing Agent Systems - Halon 1301," as adopted by reference in R 408.10999(i).(2) The plan and installation of the halogenated fire extinguishing system shall be approved by the state fire marshal.Mich.
