Section R. 408.18119 - Housekeeping

Rule 8119.

(1) Flour dust shall be removed not less than monthly from ledges, beams, sills, machinery and equipment in the make up and flour storage areas.

(2) Flour and dough shall be removed from the floor or platform of a work station not less than daily.
