(1) This part provides for the safe maintenance and operation of bakery machinery and equipment by the employer and their safe use by the employee in, around, and about a place of employment.(2) The requirements of this part apply to the design, installation, operation, and maintenance of machinery and equipment used within a bakery.Mich.
