Section R. 408.17112 - Employee responsibilityRule 7112. An employee shall:
(a) Use personal protective equipment when furnished by the employer.(b) Not use machinery or equipment unless authorized and trained in its use.(c) Not remove guards from machinery and equipment except when necessary for servicing. The guard shall be replaced before restarting the machine.(d) Report defective machinery, equipment and hazardous conditions, when detected, to the employer.Mich. Admin. Code R. 408.17112
