(1) A heat-sealing machine shall be equipped with a device as prescribed by the provisions of R 408.16225.(2) A punch press that is used for die cutting plastic shall be guarded as prescribed by the provisions of R 408.16236(2).(3) A printing press that is used for die cutting shall be equipped with an effective device which restricts or removes the operator's hands from the point of operation at each closing.(4) A machine that uses rotary cutters to cut and shape plastic shall have the point of operation enclosed.Mich.
