(1) An exit from an aircraft storage or servicing area shall be provided at intervals of not more than 150 feet on all exterior walls of the aircraft hangar. A minimum of 2 exits shall serve each aircraft storage or servicing area. Horizontal exits through interior walls shall be provided at intervals of not more than 100 feet. Dwarf or "smash" doors in doors accommodating aircraft may be used to comply with these requirements.(2) An exit from a mezzanine floor in an aircraft storage or servicing area shall be so arranged that the maximum travel to reach the nearest exit from any point on the mezzanine shall not exceed 75 feet.Mich.
