Section R. 408.15101 - Scope and applicationRule 5101.
(1) These rules establish safety practices, means, methods, and operations for all types of logging, regardless of the end use of the wood, including pulpwood and timber harvesting and the logging of sawlogs, veneer bolts, poles, pilings, and other forest products. These rules do not apply to the construction or use of cable yarding systems.(2) These rules apply to all logging operations as defined by R 408.15107(7).Mich. Admin. Code R. 408.15101
