Section R. 408.15127 - Explosives and blasting agents, generally

Rule 5127.

(1) Explosives and blasting agents shall be stored, handled, transported, and used in accordance with the requirements of General Industry Safety Standard Part 55 "Explosives and Blasting Agents," as referenced in R 408.15102.
(2) Only a designated person shall handle or use explosives and blasting agents.
(3) Explosives and blasting agents shall not be transported in the driver compartment or in any passenger-occupied area of a machine or vehicle.
