(1) "Chain fall" means a manually powered hoisting device employing a load bearing chain and an endless hand chain to raise or lower loads.(2) "Explosive load" means a substance capable of producing a propellant force in a powder actuated tool.(3) "Fastener driver" means a portable powered tool such as a nut runner, impact wrench, stapler, screw driver, nailer and riveter.Mich.
