Section R. 408.12792 - Operating rules; selection of machines

Rule 2792.

(1) Machines shall not be used for operations of such variety as to necessitate the removal of safeguards suitable for the usual service.

(2) The specific operations involving special hazards shall be assigned to machines suitable for such work.
