Section R. 408.12602 - Applicability

Rule 2602.

(1) A metalworking machine with the point of operation inaccessible or remote from the operator and other assigned employees shall not be required to have guarding for the point of operation.

(2) The general rules of this part shall apply to all metalworking machinery.

(3) The specific rules shall apply only to those metalworking machines specified.
