Section R. 408.10003 - Definitions; E to MRule 3.
(1) "Equivalent" means an alternate design or feature that provides an equal or greater degree of safety.(2) "Flammable" means to ignite easily, burn intensely, or to have a rapid rate of flame spread.(3) "Hazard" means an unsafe condition or procedure that could result in an injury.(4) "Machine" means a powered instrument or device that transmits force or motion in a predetermined manner.
