Section R. 408.40614 - Definitions, C to F

Rule 614.

(1) "Contaminant" means any material which by reason of its action upon, within, or to a person is likely to cause physical harm.

(2) "Footwear" means wearing apparel for the feet, such as shoes, boots, slippers, or overshoes, excluding hosiery.
