Section R. 408.41944 - Powder-actuated tool testing and servicingRule 1944.
(1) A powder-actuated tool shall be tested each day before loading to see that safety devices are in proper working order.(2) The method of testing shall be pursuant to the manufacturer's recommended procedure.(3) A powder-actuated tool owner shall have the tool serviced and inspected at regular intervals by competent service personnel and shall not permit the tool to be altered or repaired, except by competent repair people.Mich.
