Section R. 408.41718 - Definitions; G to WRule 1718.
(1) "Ground" means a conducting connection between an electrical circuit or equipment and earth or a conducting body which serves in place of the earth.(2) "Isolated" means not readily accessible to an employee unless special means of access are used.(3) "Qualified employee" means an employee who has the training, experience, and technical knowledge necessary to install wiring and equipment in accordance with the standard rules and regulations governing such work.(4) "Weatherproof" means so constructed or protected that exposure to the weather does not interfere with successful operation.Mich.
