Section R. 408.41475a - Hoisting unique to underground constructionRule 1475a. Except as modified by this standard, employers shall comply with all of the following:
(a) The requirements of Construction Safety and Health Standard Part 10. "Cranes and Derricks," as referenced in R 408.41410,(b) Ensure that material hoists comply with Construction Safety and Health Standard Part 10. "Cranes and Derricks," as referenced in R 408.41410.(c) Ensure that personnel hoists comply with the personnel hoists requirements of Construction Safety and Health Standard Part 10.
