Section R. 408.22225 - Action on defective variance applicationRule 1225.
(1) If an application filed pursuant to these rules is defective by not conforming to the applicable requirements, a department shall promptly return the application to the applicant with a brief statement indicating the reason for its return.(2) The return of an application because it is defective shall be without prejudice to the filing of another application.Mich.
