Section R. 408.22223 - Application for permanent varianceRule 1223. An employer submitting an application for a permanent variance shall include in the application, in addition to the information required in R 408.22221, the following.
(a) A description of the conditions, practices, means, methods, operations, and processes used or proposed to be used by the applicant.(b) How the conditions, practices, means, methods, operations, and processes used or proposed to be used would provide employment to employees which is as safe and healthful as those required by the standard for which a variance is sought.Mich.
