Section R. 125.121 - ApplicationsRule 121.
(1) The authority staff may provide staff services to assist an applicant in complying with the requirements of the act and these rules. The executive director may establish a preapplication procedure.(2) Forms to be employed for applications may be prepared by the authority staff, shall be approved by the executive director, and must specify the information to be included and the supporting materials to be submitted with the application.Mich.
