Section R. 395.74 - Services; general

Rule 24.

(1) The services MRS counselors may provide, arrange, or purchase for an individual with a disability include those services related to an IPE necessary to assist the individual in preparing for, securing, retaining, or regaining an employment outcome in an integrated setting that is consistent with the individuals strengths, resources, priorities, concerns, abilities, capabilities, interests, and informed choice.

(2) MRS services provided shall be published in MRS policy and be made available to the public.
