Section R. 423.158 - Prehearing conferenceRule 158.
(1) The commission or an administrative law judge designated by the commission may direct the parties to appear for a prehearing conference, file a position statement, or both. The prehearing conference may resolve any matter upon which the parties agree or which the commission or administrative law judge may determine is proper for resolution.(2) Failure to comply with a prehearing order may result in dismissal of the charge or the granting of relief in favor of the charging party.Mich.
