Section R. 325.22120 - Life support agencies licensed in other states or dominion of CanadaRule 120.
(1) A life support agency licensed in another state or the dominion of Canada that responds to emergencies in this state shall be licensed by the department unless specific intergovernmental agreements exist between the department, the dominion of Canada, or the other state.(2) A life support agency licensed in another state or in the dominion of Canada that responds to emergencies is accountable to the medical control authority in whose geographical boundaries initial patient contact is made.Mich.
