(1) If the education or experience requirements of a local civil service system or its equivalent vary from the requirements of the classification plan in R 327.65, the employing agency shall decide which requirements shall prevail.(2) The classification plan listed in R 327.65 establishes only minimum position designations; higher position designations may be established by the employer.Mich.
