Section R. 327.57 - Public health nurses; qualifications

Rule 57. A public health nurse shall meet the following requirements:

(a) Completion of a baccalaureate degree program accredited by the national professional nursing organization for public health nursing preparation, or post-baccalaureate study which includes content approved by the national professional nursing organization for public health nursing preparation.

(b) Licensure to practice as a registered nurse in Michigan.
