Section R. 18.356 - Nonreimbursable loss, damage, theft, and detriment

Rule 6.

(1) Loss of, damage to, or theft of, personal property is not eligible for reimbursement.
(2) Noneconomic detriment in the form of pain, suffering, inconvenience, physical impairment, or other nonpecuniary damage is not eligible for reimbursement.
