Section R. 325.85 - Reaffirming the MI-POSTRule 85.
(1) The MI-POST must be signed and dated by the attending health professional and the patient or patient representative on the corresponding affirmation line.(2) The form must be reaffirmed if a previously blank section in the form is completed.(3) Changes may not be made to previously completed sections.
