Section R. 325.9553 - Issuance of final decision by the department directorRule 553.
(1) If an applicant requests a hearing in accordance with Rule 551, after the hearing, and review of the record, the director shall issue a final decision or an order for further proceedings.(2) The director shall serve copies of the final decision upon all parties.(3) All appeals of applications that are part of a comparative review shall be decided in 1 final decision.(4) An applicant may appeal the final decision of the director directly to the circuit court for the county where the applicant has its principal place of business in this state or the circuit court for Ingham county.
