Section R. 400.7017 - Eligibility; reimbursement repayment of certain SER grantsRule 17. As a condition of eligibility for the SER program, the department may require an applicant to sign a repay agreement for any of the following:
(a) The relief that is granted to the extent of any lump-sum payment or potential resources expected to be received, except for those benefits that are unattachable by law.(b) The relief that is granted pending the reissuance of a lost or stolen assistance warrant.(c) The relief that is issued pursuant under a waiver of any of the eligibility requirements established by these rules.Mich.
