Section R. 400.19512 - Purchase of equipment or property

Rule 512. Bureau grantee's shall not use funds administered by the bureau to purchase or lease equipment or property not prescribed in the approved budget of the executed contract between the bureau and the grantee without prior approval from the bureau to a written request from the grantee.
